By participating in the Health Heroes campaign  of the Louvre hotel chain, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the following conditions:

  • Promotion valid only  reservations made through the email of the chosen hotel.

  • Booking period: from 22/05/2020 to 31/08/2020.

  • Staying period: from the hotel reopening date (if closed) to 12/29/2020.

  • The courtesy rate will be offered according to the hotel's availability on the desired date and subject to at least one more paid rate .

  • The courtesy rate will be offered in the same room category as the other rates. Example: If the rates paid are in a Standard Room, the courtesy rate will also be in a Standard Room.

  • It is mandatory to present a professional proof document at the time of check-in . If the health professional guest does not present the document or is not present at the time of check-in, the daily courtesy will not be granted.

  • Reservations require a credit card as a guarantee, but full charges will only be taken at check-in.

  • Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Otherwise, the first night will be charged as a no-show fee on the card given as a guarantee.

  • The courtesy rate is granted as a discount on the other daily rates. Example: in case of 2 (two) nights, 50% of the value of each one will be charged, which is equivalent to 1 (one) courtesy day.

  • Up to 1 (one) child up to 7 (seven) years old is allowed to stay in their parents' rooms as long as they occupy the available beds at no additional charge.

  • Promotion cannot be modified after it has ended and cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.  

  • Valid at participating hotels and subject to availability of rooms and dates available for the special campaign
